So my actual birthday was spent with none other than my favorite bunch (not all 11 of them though). Thank you was the only thing i could say to them after the celebration. I was simply blessed because i can see their efforts to make me happy through their little actions and words, outsiders may not be able to understand but i take it all to heart. So thank you my loves :')
My day was first kicked start with some bowling session at Orchid Country Club.
^ My birthday gifts from them: Converse high cut (in beige) from my dearest 4, and kanken bag from the big group (idk who exactly chipped in for this gift though). They knew these are on my wishlist after reading on one of my blogpost a few months ago

^ Don't know what's up with the 2 of us, it just suddenly strikes us that we want to do this hahaha
^ Yanyan has only a pathetic score of 5 after so many rounds. After 2 games her score wasn't even half of mine hehehe
After the game, Yeong met us and we took a train to the dining place which they kept a surprise. Midway there, some of the girls alighted while Yeong and Kaili was supposed to escort me there. I kept my eyes closed for nearly an hour but it was a pleasant surprise because i can hear all the whispers and giggles beside me just to make out a tiny surprise :)
^ They took so many burst shots without me, but yes then i opened my eyes to realise they brought me to Wild Honey at Mandarin Gallery. It's a place that serve all day brunch and i like the ambience there! Everything we ordered somehow reminds me of my daily brunch in Melbourne a few months back & i just like that feeling so much.
^ This was mine but i was a little disappointed cos the poached eggs didn't taste very good......
^ However Kaili's pancakes was a major love love LOVE for me!!!! I like how thick and soft it is, paired with their sweet maple syrup!!! Yummy yummy!
Then suddenly someone tapped me on my shoulders and i turned back to realise Hueimin came!!!!! It was a pleasant surprise because i haven't seen her for months and i was glad she still bothered to come and make herself part of my celebration :)

After i came out from the toilet, part of the group was missing. Then out of nowhere the girls popped up with a apple cinnamon tart which was my birthday cake!
^ I just realised Sharon looked scary here because of that fierce stare...
^ I am actually feeling blessed because these girls never once have the thought of giving me up regardless of anything. We are like one family, we do not need to compare, we do not need constant assurance, but at the end of the day we still understand the importance of our friendship to one another, and that is what makes us hold on for so long. I love them not just for the joy and laughter they never fail to bring, but for trusting with the greatest faith that we will always be tight together, no matter the distance or time.
^ Our must-have-best-friends-shot because a few years back when the 3 of us started to grow into the same height, we told ourselves "Don't we look like best friends since we have the same height?"
^ And also thank you to this girl who was the major planner of the day, i know you are the type of girl who live by "actions prove louder than words". And that is why you don't type or say sweet things to me, but prove your love by all your actions. Though i don't say it, but i can see & feel everything you do for me, not just for my birthday. You are my breast friend, and i know you treasure all your friends, so i need not fret. I often complain what you did not do for me, but i don't praise on what you already did. But that's me. I honestly know it all babe, so thank you!
^ Jiayan is forever the qt pie, just look at the posture she made, and the chicky expression below hahaha
^ Jiayan said this is her first vogue shot, i felt she look super pretty in this???!!! Like whattttttt??!!! She has a sharp nose and jawline, one that differs from a typical asian!
^ The explanation behind this expression: "I can't do a vogue shot because i look super ugly if i do not smile!!!"

Be it taking the effort to plan my birthday, or the non-hesitation to splurge for my birthday gifts/dinner, or even the little actions to crack me up, i appreciate all of these in my heart. Being prioritized than compromised by your loved ones is truly something to be appreciative of. So, a big thank you to all of you my dears, thank you for everything, i love all of you.
