Brunch hopping

Am a huge fan of brunch. Recently have looked into the reviews of which places in Singapore serve yummy brunch but so far none really gave me a very good impression.... Wild honey is by far the best brunch outlet in Singapore to me!

Never really mention how much i love pancakes but yes i do, soooooo much. I like it with maple syrup without butter, or with ice-cream, or any sweet things because i have a sweet tooth. I don't often order it with bacon/eggs because i don't find that it complements well together.
Wanted to try out Spruce but their brunch was only available on weekend :'( Hence i thought we'll give Arbite a try! The pancakes with caramelized bananas spread with caramel sauce was pretty normal........it taste ok though, but nothing special about it. And not to the extent you will go "YUMMY"...

In case you are wondering who i went with, i was with Trena! We had a date together after 123456 years of taking time to plan one between us. We were either both busy or it has slipped off our minds. Then we went ahead for some ice-cream at Upper Thomson after Yeong's last minute call! :)

^ Trena ordered her smoked salmon croissant! And she love it so much. She said there is a stench coming from the sauce which ironically tastes good to her! I tried the croissant alone and it was crispy yet soft on the inside!!! :) Hers was definitely better than mine!

On wednesday i met up with my poly babes. We had Hatched at Holland V! My set of brunch tasted quite good, however after awhile you'll get kinda sick of it because the beef was marinated in a sauce that's quite salty! Still rate the Sir's Benedict a 7 out of 10!

After Hatched, we walked over to NYDC for some desserts! And then after contemplating on where to head next, we thought of Bri's place since her family was having a steamboat feast that night! Bri live in Punggol and it was a torture to travel all the way there! But i had a really good night with them laughing over our steamboat, and watching dvds in her room. It's been a long time since i hang out at a friend's crib and enjoyed myself so much :')

^ This mudpie was so disappointing....

Yesterday was Mid-Autumn (or also known as Mooncake) Festival! As i've said i love mooncakes so much. I had a great night with my family having durian and jumbudat (i don't know how do we spell that?!) snow skin mooncakes from Goodwood Park :-)

I seriously don't know where i inherited my laziness from. Sometimes it irks me how lazy i can be.

Till then!
