Looking from the title above, yes The Dempsey Brasserie. We celebrated KaiLi's sweet 16 over there, and it's rather a beautiful place, no wonder everyone said Dempsey Hill is a beautiful area. Shall head for more in the future!
Well it wasn't so much of a celebration full of surprises, but at least somewhere and some time alone. We have preference towards quiet and peaceful ambience cos then we could spend time together without any other unnecessary noise. But of course, this restaurant was chosen as its furnishing looks totally pretty and it's just a nice place to hang out. It does not disappoint me in the end :)
And yeah, happy sweet 16th my dear! They said 16 and 21 must be the most important and memorable birthday in your teen years, and here we present you SWEET 16. No matter what, we do hope you enjoyed yesterday's little celebration along with all of our company. But fret not, this will not the the last time we'll be celebrating for you. There'll be more to come!! Love you my dear <3
Blindfolded her all the way from commonwealth mrt to the restaurant.
^ Notice whenever we take burst shots, zhi chean will always look at one of us? Cos she said she have nothing to pose, haha.
But the food wasn't as nice as we expected so, except for my poussin chicken, Sharon's snapper, and Jia Yan's pappardelle pasta with fresh mushrooms, the others weren't that tasty. But the fish and chips were pretty normal.

Tadah there you go, our birthday smash tradition!!
^ This kid is super adorable, her Grandpa told her sister and her to come over and wish Kaili a Happy Birthday, so they did. And when i visited the toilet, the grandpa chatted with me and then her Granddaughter came over when i said if i can carry them, how adorable!! She looks so pretty like a barbie! :)

Oh there was a waiter called Jerry working there. And during a story i was sharing with the girls, i accidentally pointed in front and a waiter saw me and asked if i was gesturing to him, i shook my head. But after awhile, he gestured to me asking me to go over to his side, i was still thinking "How rude to call a customer like that.". But when i walked over, he told me
"May i know what's your name?"
"Hui Yi."
"You don't have a english name?"
"Nope, haha"
"Oh, my friend Jerry wants to know you. He wants to make friends with you."
I didn't know how to react so i just said ok and smiled awkwardly. And then this Jerry started doing lots of things. When we were taking polaroids, he walked to me, passed a drink and said "This is on me.". And then another minute he asked me where am i studying, how old am i those sorts of stuffs. And then told us randomly where he live. And started whispering non-stop with his friends, and whenever i walked pass him he would ask "Is everything ok?". And when we set timer to take our own pics, his friend came over and asked "Jerry asked if you need help?".
And then when we left, he came over and told me i can leave a message behind next time when i drop by again, cos he'll be there, and told me to contact him. Wow
Just sharing to show how charming i am, haha. Whereas he's not eye-catching at all, the other guy with veins protruding is! Ooopss ;)
Alrighty, shall head for my revision, gotta get down to work and start memorising my SS, i'm screwed. SS common test tmr and i haven't touch on it. Dead.
